Alexander The Great is widely considered to be one of history's most successful military commanders, creating a massive empire through conquest by age 30. After succeeding his father Philip II as King of Macedon in 336 BC, he embarked upon a successful campaign in the east, eventually controlling lands from Greece to northwestern India before dying in Babylon in 323 BC.
Our design inspired by classic rock album & concert graphics commemorates Alexander's accomplishments as he reached the "ends of the world and the Great Outer Sea." It features Alexander's face adorned with decorative brickwork from Babylon, his intended capital city. Below is a list of selected "tour stops" made during the campaign. Some of these include "special guests"- notable figures that also participated - as well as one CANCELLED date where Alexander's troops refused to continue, halting his push further east.
