Located on the highest point of the Via Sacra overlooking the Roman Forum, the Arch of Titus was constructed by the Emperor Domitian shortly after the death of his older brother in AD 81. It commemorates Titus's victories in the East, including the siege and capture of Jerusalem in AD 70. Our design features an exactly scaled rendering of the dedicatory inscription from the monument’s south face.
