One of the most fearsome monsters of ancient Greek myth, the Chimera was part lion, part snake, and part goat. If that wasn't scary enough, it also breathed fire. The Chimera was eventually defeated by the hero Bellerophon with the help of the flying horse Pegasus. Our design is an artistic rendering of the famous Etruscan bronze sculpture of the creature.
